Lambda Sigma Gamma believes in well-rounded women who get involved in their community. Our official philanthropy is the California Head Start Program, which was adopted by our organization in 1989. Head Start provides health, nutrition, and parent involvement services to low income children and their families.

Sisters also get involved with other philanthropic organizations and attend other volunteer events within Orange County as well. This includes soup kitchens, charity walks, and beach clean ups. Annually, all chapters attend Teddyland Carnival, a kid's carnival that provides fun and games for children in under-priveledged schools.
